Lexstayz provides an online platform that connects guests with hosts who have accommodations to rent. We are not a party to any rental agreement between guests and hosts.

- Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Respect the property and rules set by hosts
3. Bookings and Payments
When you book an accommodation through Lexstayz, you are entering into an agreement directly with the host. Lexstayz facilitates the booking and payment process.
- All prices are displayed in the local currency unless otherwise specified
- Payment is required at the time of booking
- Service fees may apply to bookings
- Hosts set their own cancellation policies
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts and are displayed on each listing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the host's cancellation policy. Please review the cancellation policy carefully before booking.
5. User Conduct
Users of Lexstayz must not:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Post false or misleading information
- Harass or harm other users or hosts
- Attempt to circumvent our payment system
- Use the platform for any illegal activities
6. Limitation of Liability
Lexstayz is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our platform or from any interactions with hosts or other users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listings or the accuracy of listing information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Lexstayz, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Lexstayz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Lexstayz after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
