How Cancellations Work
Each property on Lexstayz has its own cancellation policy set by the host. The policy is clearly displayed on the listing page before you book. Here are the three main cancellation policy types:
Flexible— Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in
- Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund
- Cancel within 24 hours of check-in for a 50% refund
- No refund after check-in
Moderate— Full refund up to 5 days before check-in
- Cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund
- Cancel within 5 days of check-in for a 50% refund
- No refund after check-in
Strict— 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in
- Cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a 50% refund
- No refund within 7 days of check-in
- No refund after check-in
How to Cancel a Booking

Go to Your Trips
Log in to your account and navigate to the Trips page.

Select Your Booking
Find the booking you want to cancel and click on it.

Click Cancel Booking
Review the refund amount based on the cancellation policy, then confirm.

Receive Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation and any applicable refund.

- • Service fees may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation
- • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- • For extenuating circumstances (illness, emergencies), contact our support team
- • Always check the specific policy on the listing before booking
